So What's For Dinner?

For those who know me, I am often on the lookout for something new, exciting and taste bud tantalising to serve up for dinner.

So, over time, I've become quite experimental in the culinary department (and burnt some pans in the process, but here's my latest experiment...today's dinner: Chicken A La ......something or other.

This is an incredibly simple dish to cook.

Preheat the over to 200 deg
Use one chicken fillet per plate. Put a small piece of garlic butter on each fillet and season it with pepper (or anything else you prefer). Wrap the fillets in foil and put in the oven for 30minutes.

While the chicken is cooking, place spaghetti pasta in a pan of boiling water and add curry powder (strength is personal taste) allow to simmer for ten minutes.

At the same time, place a mix of green vegetables in pans, and boil for around ten minutes, or until you achieve your desired 'firmness'.

Drain and serve the pasta onto the plate first...taking care over presentation
Next, drain and serve the vegetables, placing them on top of the pasta, again taking care with the presentation.

Finally, slice the chicken, stopping just before you cut through completely, causing a 'fan' effect and place the chicken on the top of the vegetables.

Use the melted garlic butter to pour over the chicken.
